F&K Collection

Designed with soul. Inspired by history and culture. Collected and curated from around the world.

About F&K Collection

I believe the home of a traveler is a soulful and personal one – and this collection represents just that.

Each piece vibrates with the memory of its place and people and the materials tell the story of the region. The rich history comes through their work and interpreting it with a modern twist introduces it to a new audience. It also allows it to stand alone in the light, or allow unexpected details to be shown in a different way.

Explore our collection of hand-woven rugs and pillows featuring made-to-order Tunisian Halfa rugs from a collective in Kasserine to iconic, one of a kind Berber rugs, that are woven with organic wool from Tunisa’s Gasfra region, and pillows made from vintage linen and hemp from Eastern Europe, and Japanese indigo boro cloth that I’ve been collecting over the years.

Thank you to the team of artisans that used their hands, sweat, and soul, to bring this to life.

THE F&K COLLECTION

Tunisian Halfa Rugs

The village of Garat Agueb lies at the foot of Mount Chambi, in the remote Kasserine Region of southwestern Tunisia.

The artisans of the H’ssir El Halfa collective use generational skills to weave the local halfa grass into these timeless rugs. Explore our range of patterns available in custom sizes.

New Vintage Pillows

From my personal archive of fabric collected over the years including vintage hemp and linen from France and Eastern Europe, Indigo Boro cloths from West Africa and Japan, and Ixixi, indigenous organic cotton from Guatemala.

All are re-purposed into modern rustic pillows with special, soft washes and elevated details.

Made by the Berber women of Gafsa in southwestern Tunisia. Handspun and hand-woven, with 100% organic wool in the natural color variations of the different breeds of sheep.
